On our way back.

Hello everyone,
We will be posting some pictures soon after Ben gets sleep. Today as we were standing outside the capitol while Obama was in a meeting. We saw either Michelle or one of his kids in the window taking a picture and waving to us! It was a great experience today. After all the walking, we got on the train for it to take us back to Shady Grove, Maryland. Where we were parked. Then we went to Buffalo Wild Wings and had supper. So now we are back on the road.

Pennsylvania

Few miles into PA. Only two of us still awake. We're tired, but our spirits are still high. In a few hours will be on site combatting tyranny.

Braveheart just came up in conversation. There was some disagreement over whether Mel Gibson's character said "You can take our lives" or "You can take our wives."

Indiana State Line

Just made our first pitstop 20 miles into Indiana. Met a bunch of folks from the Sheboygan Liberty Coalition at the McDonalds. I heard on the radio that there were buses heading out of Milwaukee for DC this weekend, but I wasn't sure how many. They said they were able to rent the last bus from the bus company and have a full group with a suburban in tow. Pretty cool.

The Journey Begins

Hi Everyone,

We've started our trek to the Rally Against ObamaCare. Five of us: Ben, Denny, Dan, Brian and Monica have just left the Town of Raymond. The GPS shows 764.2 miles to go and our current ETA is 7:41 AM (EST).
